We welcome submissions, stories, commentary, and other content you would like to see on aamo.info. Unfortunately we have no budget to pay for the hard work of your efforts. Additionally we require that you assure us that your content is original (you own the rights) and that you grant us International Electronic Rights. This means we can publish on the domains owned by aamo.info but also we want you to retain all your rights. We don't insist on being the only web site with your content, so you retain rights to publish in any format, except you will have granted us rights to your submission.
YOUR RECOVERY STORY: What we look in submissions of personal stories is a spiritual experience. The story should be brief, no more than 10 pages, preferably 8 or less and should contain what it was like, what happened, and what it is like now with emphasis on what happened. Did you have a spiritual awakening as a result of steps or was it some other more dramatic event like Bill W. experienced?
Like any publisher, we expect your best effort in your submission. We expect that you've already checked your spelling and such things before you submit. We may not find your submission suitable for any number of reasons but we will make every effort to inform you why your submission will not be used.
Content Submissions should be factual. We check. For example we long had statements on our websites that IWS became Anonymous Press. This just isn't true. IWS Inc. was a service arm of the IWS group. It went out of business. Later a 501c3 corporation started calling itself Anonymous Press.
Our resources for checking content is considerable so be safe and do your homework.
Naturally if your submission is an essay or personal point of view, we welcome that as well as long as we can find a place for it and it is honest. While we carry a lot of content that is critical of AA's New York corporations, it is not our intent to be contrary. We simply have minority points of view that contrast what they present as majority points of view. You can find such things in our download section or on our personalized sub-domain "my.aamo.info".
