See how much of AA members' contributions AAWS Inc. admitted

to have wasted in lawsuits: 1999  2000  2001 2002 in violation of AA Warranty V of Concept XII

And be sure, there's more litigation cost hidden in travel expenses, salaries & wages, telephone, compensation of directors, legal fees and the like.

To file lawsuits in the name of AA  violates a contract with the AA fellowship and invalidates their representation of the fellowship. The contract is the conference charter and the 36 AA priciples (12 steps, traditions, concepts) included in their corporate by-laws...  it is the agreement between the AA fellowship and AAGSB so that AAGSB can represent the fellowship.  Breaching in invalidates the contract.   AA General Service Board Inc bylaws contain Concept XII and its Warranty V.... --> no lawsuits ! no punishing AA members ! no governing ! no public controversy!

--> AA Traditions and Concepts today are not worth the paper printed on.
